You can add an illustration (a photograph, clipart or scanned image) to your 'Item for Sale' entry.
Adding an illustration makes your advertisement stand out and makes the item more recognisable.
You can upload the illustration either when you first add the item to the system or at a later date by editing the item in you For Sale List.
Click the 'UPLOAD' button and the 'Browse' button in the upload Window.
Select the picture from your hard drive or disk drive or memory stick and click the 'Upload Picture' button.
You will see an 'Uploading Graphic' message whilst the image is uploading.
When complete, you should see the graphic in the upload window.
Should there be a problem with the image, you will be shown a message to indicate the likely problem.
If you want to change the graphic at a later date, repeat the above process in the 'Edit' section of the 'Sell' area.
Points to note.
Graphics should be in a .jpg/.jpeg or .gif format.
If the graphic is a .gif with transparent areas, it may not appear as expected.
(Occasionally, files may have one of the above file extensions but may not be in the actual format the extension suggests.)
The filesize should be no greater than 500 kb.
Graphics must comply with the general terms of our Rules and Regulations. Particular attention should be paid to the 'Prohibited Items' Section.
